A Small shop with a big heart, it was the first bakery in Shepherd’s Bush to introduce Lebanese Manakish and remains the only bakery specialising in Manakish exclusively. This little taste of Lebanon is fast becoming a regular part of all local people’s diets. It is quick, tasty, affordable and healthy. Manakish is a staple of the Lebanese diet. It is simply a round flat dough, topped with whatever your heart desire, and baked in a very hot oven. It can be eaten folded or sliced, hot or cold.
